Founder / Chief Product Officer
Bio: Dru is a highly experienced IT professional with 18 years of expertise in developing innovative software solutions tailored to streamline business operations. His work spans healthcare, where he worked on electronic medical claims software integrated with Medisoft and Lytec, and retail, where he build custom HR, payroll, accounting, and sales data analysis tools for multi-location tire retailers. He currently leads the development of Hoops & Gears, an enterprise-grade auto shop management software with embedded accounting, showcasing his ability to deliver robust, industry-specific systems with modern, intuitive user interfaces.
Favorite Project or Achievement: My favorite project lies somewhere between Hoops & Gears, and each of the modules I built for sales analysis and accounting in past employment.
Skills/Expertise Highlight: I am a full-stack developer, and have tons of experience in crafting interfaces that make user workflows easier to understand.
Fun Fact: I am a hobbyist woodworker, I build furniture like tables, dressers, beds, etc. It is similar to creating software, but with wood!
Favorite Tech Gadget: All of my home network, whole-home audio, and home automation equipment .

Bio:
Jesse is also managing principal of Sumit Credits, LLC a tax consulting firm based new Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has over 24 years’ experience servicing client needs through his consulting businesses, across various industries.
Jesse began his career in January 2000 with KPMG. He has been a speaker at various forums, including Expansion Management and IPT, where he was among the first class of professionals who were designated as Certified Credits & Incentives Professionals (CCIP) as awarded by the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
He earned his undergraduate in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University and is an active licensed CPA in Arizona and Louisiana.
His hobbies include fishing, SCUBA diving and traveling.

Wesley Freeman
Customer Success Manager
Bio: Wesley has been in the retail automotive business for over 25 years. He has held almost every position inside of a retail tire store, from tire technician, all the way up to district manager of 19 stores. Wesley always enjoyed helping customers make sure their cars were safer when they left than when they arrived.
Favorite Project or Achievement: When I was in High School, my dad and I bought and restored a 1969 Ford Bronco, which we still have today. It was in rough shape, but I loved it. I spent every spare minute, and every spare dollar working on it. After many years, and many sleepless nights it was finally done. Now many many years later my son wants to help freshen up the Bronco.
Skills/Expertise Highlight: I have vast knowledge in retail business. I understand the struggles of dealing with the public day in and day out.
Fun Fact: As much as I love the outdoors, I HATE snakes. They are all King Cobras to me.
Dream Superpower: I would like to be able to fly. I hate traffic and bad drivers.
Favorite Tech Gadget: My Favorite gadget is a power probe. It is an electrical diagnostic tool, and has helped me fix many many vehicles.
Favorite part of working here: I work for a great group of Guys. We have a common goal of helping people be more successful in their business while using our software.

Bio: I have been in software development since 1987 for military and government agencies. Held management positions as Director of IT for Kellwood Company, CIO for TSCM Security Services, and CTO for OneCare LLC. Currently minority partner doing what I enjoy most with HG AutoTech as a software engineer.
Favorite Project or Achievement: OneCare remote medical monitoring system as it has the potential to have an impact on the medical field and personal health for those managing chronic illness such as Diabetes.
Skills/Expertise Highlight: Years of experience in different industries and bussineses from private to fortune 500. I have used GeneXus since 1991, longest user of the product in the United States.
Fun Fact: I’m all about laughter and staying upbeat as well as keeping those around me upbeat. I’m a prankster too once you get to know me. Beware.
Dream Superpower: Ability to look into the future. This way I could avoid mistakes I make due to getting older. LOL.
Favorite Tech Gadget: Not a gadget but is technology, cruise assist on my vehicle. Making long trips I don’t even have to pick my feet up to slow down when approaching a slower moving car. LOL.
Favorite part of working here: The fact that everyone gets along, we strive for the same goals: customer satisfaction and a stable product. No one complains about anything. True teamwork.

Bio: I am a proud mother of 2, the wife of a wonderful man, a yogui and last but not least, I am a software developer. I’ve been working in TIC for the last 30 years and I’ve been involved in several projects of all sizes and complexity. I am highly qualified in Genexus development, and graduated from ORT University Uruguay.
Favorite Project or Achievement: I was part of the team that reformed Uruguay’s tax system, leading the development of the single taxpayer registry.

Fun Fact: I plan to travel throughout Latin America, living and working in a motorhome.

Bio: I am an IT professional and software developer with over 15 years of experience. I thrive helping businesses leverage technology and software to streamline and improve their processes with cost effective solutions.
I have extensive experience managing complex networks and windows domains including AD, DHCP and DNS while also integrating cloud computing primarily on the Azure platform. I have expert level skills on most of the Microsoft 365 applications and am fully versed with the Power Platform with a particular focus on Power Apps and Power BI.
I am an accomplished manager, a consummate professional and always a team player.
Favorite Project or Achievement: My favorite accomplishment was developing and deploying a responsive .NET web application with several API integrations in 4 months.
