  • Role-based permissions are applied to ensure least-privilege access to all sensitive systems and data.

Infrastructure & Application Security

  • Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides physical and network security at the datacenter level.

  • We follow secure development practices, maintain version control, and conduct regular code reviews and dependency audits.

  • Regular backups and redundant storage ensure high availability and fast recovery in the event of a service disruption.

Monitoring & Incident Response

  • We maintain system activity logs and monitor for unauthorized access attempts.

  • Any security incident is promptly investigated and mitigated following our internal Incident Response Procedure, which includes prompt notification to affected partners if applicable.

Compliance & Vendor Management

  • We review our security posture and third-party integrations periodically to ensure adherence to industry best practices.

  • All third-party vendors with access to production data are required to maintain appropriate security controls.
